The exact recommendation for each blend is on the bottle label, that's your best guide. As a starting point: 2 drops for the diffuser. For the rock diffuser, use about 3x that on a fresh set of stones to soak them properly, then just a few drops a day to top up after that.

Too weak, add a drop at a time until it feels right. Too strong, let it settle and use less next time. Placement matters too, closer is stronger.

Think best-before, not expiry, the scent can fade or shift over time rather than turning on you. Every bottle carries a best-before date so you'll always know where it stands (approx. 24 months)

Cool and dark, away from direct sunlight. Keep them away from kids, pets, and open flame, some oils can be flammable.

Fill the tank with clean water to the max line (140ml). Add your drops, starting low, you can always add more. Recommendations are on the bottle label too.

Our diffuser oils are essential oils, plant extracts, not synthetic fragrance oils made in a lab. That's the whole difference.

At the moment this is only for alcove. It's a regulatory requirement, not an oversight. Some of the ingredients mean a dripolator cap is required instead of a pipette. It does the same job, controlling drop size when you tip the bottle, just through a compliant delivery method.
